CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with Hair Magic NYC, you acknowledge and accept the following policies. Please read carefully: All appointments must be canceled, modified or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the total service cost, which does not apply to any future appointments. Same-day cancellations and “No Show” appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost, which does not apply to any future appointments. Appointment Confirmations: Confirmation reminders are sent via SMS and email 72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment does not count as a cancellation. You must reply to these messages to confirm, cancel, or reschedule. Late Cancellations and Modifications: Any changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered a Late Cancellation. Late Cancellations or No Shows may require a non-refundable 50% deposit for future bookings. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Master stylist - brunette specialist known for creating rich, dimensional color and her work with weft extensions. Kristen’s signature "magic" cuts, featuring perfect layers and face-framing, deliver stunning, customized transformations.
Andrea Moskie
Master stylist - high-impact, low-maintenance specialty blondes. Drea creates long-lasting, vibrant tones that have a 2 step look with the “super blonde” and “graceful grow out” techniques. She’s also an expert with tape-in and ktip extensions, cuts and styling.
